Hi Indian Valley Swim Club,
To newly Club members and to our current members, staff and many Volunteers;
On behalf of the Indian Valley Swim Club, welcome to our 2012 season year!
Indian Valley Swim Club is a thread that has been weaved into many fabrics within families lives since 1959. This 53 year old Swim Club has been a summer-second home to many Grandparents, Parents, teens, children and friends and neighbors.
Yup, I am still here :) And Thank You to all who volunteered/participated in anyway in 2011!
My name is Lito Gonzales, 2010-2011,2012 president; I live just two house down from our club. The Gonzales family is a large one, my wife Jill, son Keanu attending Las Lomas, daughters Shea , Paige and younger son- Jay attending Indian Valley Elementary, and our family pets, Maggie, she is our black lab plus our new addition, Mini Ninja, a tiny miniature hamster. They are All in the IV Swim Team. (not Maggie or mini ninja)
My family is very active in the Indian Valley Swim team and in our Swim Club. I welcome your communications about our club. My cell phone is 925.457.6783, 396 Marshall Dr.

First Event for your club 2012
(we need help on this event please)
Come to the 7th Annual Super Bowl Sunday IVSC Polar Bear Swim!
Our/Your Kids Love it! And many Fathers do it because it seem like a good Idea at the time.
First Sit in our home made IVSC Hot Sauna hut (yes its a real GrassRoots Sauna-nothing but the best)
- 10:00 am - close your eyes and think WARM THOUGHTS
- 10:01 am - peek one eye and close them again.........and Take the Plunge
- 10:02 am - get out and get some Hot Chocolate
Get out of the damp rain, and get really wet and Plunge right in, the water is just right for February!
NOTE: we are in desperate look out for couple of wonderful Father /Family that can take over setting up this great event for the next few years. This can be your families 4 hour work party for the YEAR!
Our Chiefs that have done the set up and take down for many years now; Larry Russel and Jeff Thomas, We Owe a Big Thank You!! So please come and step in and help.
